I've worked in IT for more than 19 years streching back to DOS and Windows 3.0 (and most everything in between). I'm Microsoft and Cisco certified (MCSA, MCSE, MCITP:Enterprise Administrator, CCNA) and continually work on my training and certifications. Oh yea, and I've fixed a LOT of problems over the years :)

Some parodies are better than others, but I love this one :)
